Owl Really: 8 Monthiversary!

Image Map

My booth had very humble beginnings in the strangest-shaped booth of the Tennessee Antique Mall. After doing OK in it for a few months (June-Aug), I moved to the booth next door that has a more traditional booth shape. It has been such a fun 8 months - it really has flown! It doesn't feel like I've been in business that long.

I'm not getting rich from the booth - in all honesty, I'm breaking even. I love being able to shop and thrift and bring home awesome finds but not clutter my house with them. And I love providing a service for people - for making unique items available so they can decorate their house. I love connecting people with items.

If you are reading because you've been by my booth, I would love to hear from you! Please leave a comment or email me at jamie@owlreally.com and say hello and let me know what you bought (if anything) or just say hello! Truthfully I would love to know if my in-booth marketing is bringing people to the blog and I would love to hear feedback from people who have visited.

Thank you for your support, it means the world to me!

  4. Congrats Jamie! I was in last week and bought some cards. I was drawn to the sweet ironing board but had to restrain myself :) I'll visit again soon. Elaine

  6. your booth is so cute. i thought that the first time i saw it at the mall (two girls who know you were in there talking about how awesome you are) and i wonder if i missed some blog marketing in there. because i totally would have been excited to check out a blog of someone at the mall! i have been thinking about starting to resell in SOME way because i have SO MUCH STUFF and i don't really have a reason to go looking for pretty vintage anymore.

  7. I visited your booth and took one of your adorable cards. I have had it for a while and just sat down to peek at your blog. So I guess that means it is working!
